Your Impact:
You’ll serve as both a clinical leader and operational driver, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency
Supervise, mentor, and develop pharmacists and pharmacy staff
Champion medication safety and quality improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
Optimize workflows, staffing, and pharmacy systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
Support implementation of new technologies and best practices
What You Bring
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
Active Texas Pharmacist License (or eligible upon hire)
Minimum 2+ years of pharmacy practice experience
Preferred:
PharmD
1–3+ years of leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager, or Lead)
Experience in hospital or pediatric pharmacy settings
Strong background in staff development and operational oversight
Work Environment
Onsite, hands-on leadership role
Collaborative, mission-driven pediatric care setting
Fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical judgment and leadership presence
