Medical H&P Hospitalist NP: 7on/7off block schedule, 10-hour shift, Full-time, benefits eligible. Initial Medical admissions evaluations & H&Ps, follow ups, diagnostics and discharges for ages 5+. Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, including initial history and physicals (H&Ps) within 24 hours of admission, follow-ups, and discharge planning. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and support staff to create integrated treatment plans addressing medical and mental health needs. Comanage patients with complex medical comorbidities alongside mental health providers. Educate patients and families on medical conditions, medications, and lifestyle adjustments to enhance overall health. Provide medical consultations and recommend diagnostic tests and treatments as needed.
