We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team full time in Rockford IL. We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to earn more while working in a lower-stress, patient-focused environment.
About the Role
Join a busy multidisciplinary clinic treating adult patients with acute and chronic pain. The patient population is primarily 60+, commonly presenting with:
• Knee arthritis
• Spinal pain
• Balance and coordination issues (often neuropathy-related)
You’ll be part of a team-based care model, working alongside physicians and other providers. Many cases are co-managed allowing you to focus on outcomes, not just volume.
What You’ll Do
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability
• Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
• Collaborate with other providers on patient care
• Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on recovery and home programs
• Maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Physical Therapy license to practice in IL

• Monday–Friday schedule Early finish on Fridays (done by 1 PM)
