4-Day Work Week | $140K–$150K + Bonus| Full-Time
We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our practice full time in Yakima, WA. Join us at our well-established multidisciplinary clinic where you can focus on quality patient care—not hospital politics, weekends, or call. Duties
• Evaluate and treat work-related injuries
• Manage Workers’ Comp (L&I) cases
• Perform DOT physicals (or get certified—we’ll support you)
• Coordinate return-to-work plans
• Work closely with a collaborative rehab team
• Complete documentation in a streamlined system
Schedule
• Monday–Thursday only 3-day weekends every week
Requirements
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Washington State
• DEA license
• Background in Family Practice, Urgent Care, ER, or Occupational Health preferred
Compensation & Benefits
• $140K – $150K salary (DOE) + Performance bonuses + signing bonus
