$155K – $180K Total Comp | Anne Arundel & Baltimore County |No Nights • No Weekends • No Call
We are actively seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our rapidly growing, award-winning interventional pain management practice serving patients throughout Anne Arundel and Baltimore County, Maryland. This is an outstanding opportunity for a provider seeking excellent work-life balance, high earning potential, established patient base, collaborative physician support , and professional growth in a highly respected specialty practice. Our team is known throughout the Baltimore|Washington region for delivering compassionate, comprehensive, and cutting-edge pain management care.
Duties:
• Perform patient consultations and follow-up evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assist with pain management and medication management
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare providers
• Educate patients regarding treatment options and recovery plans
• Build strong relationships with referral sources and community providers
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Maryland PA or NP license
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in private practice seeing patients independently
• Pain management, orthopedic, PM&R, or related experience preferred
• Must live within reasonable commuting distance to Central Maryland offices
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $135K plus bonuses for Total Compensation: $155,000 – $180,000+
• 4 Weeks PTO
• CME Allowance
