Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary between $250,000 and $280,000, depending on experience
• Potential to earn up to an additional 15% per year in bonuses
• Great work/life balance with generous time off plans. 5 Weeks (200hrs) of PTO available for full time providers.
• CME - $3,000 and 5 Days. And additional balance of $1,000 for Licensure/Professional Memberships & Subscriptions.

About the role:

• Location: Santa Fe, NM
• Family Medicine Primary Care
• Average Volume: 2.5 Patients per hour
• Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday - Open to a 4 day week!
• 32 Hours of Clinical 8 hours Admin per week
• System-wide Athena EMR
• Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting. Patient population is of all ages.
• Provide the full scope of primary medical care to patients including diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of conditions.
• The Physician will also document patient visits and monitor and facilitate other activities related to patient care.

Background Desired:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or Internal medicine.
• Able to hold a New Mexico state Medical License
