Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician – Connecticut
A large, integrated nonprofit health system in Connecticut is seeking BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join its growing primary care team. Multiple locations available throughout the state.
Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient primary care
- Adults-only patient population (18+)
- Monday–Friday schedule with optional 4-day workweek
- Minimal phone-only call (2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months)
- H1B sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits
- $255,000–$355,000 base salary
- Uncapped wRVU bonus potential ($50,000–$70,000+ annually)
