Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology.
Echo Certification is required.
Nuclear Certification is highly desired.

Our Facility – La Porte is a 85-bed acute care hospital serving La Porte County and surrounding communities in northern Indiana. Operated by Our Facility, the hospital provides comprehensive services, including emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics, oncology, surgical services, and maternal health.
