Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations in clinical and community-based settings
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team meetings
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function
• Provide gait training, therapeutic exercise, functional mobility training, and activities of daily living instruction
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on therapeutic techniques and equipment use
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate preferred
• Active Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
• Experience working with older adults, medically complex patients, or rehabilitation populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
Ideal candidates will have experience in outpatient, inpatient, acute care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or geriatric settings and a passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
