What You'll Do
Manage a full caseload of one-on-one patient visits - no techs or aides - averaging 32+ visits per week (36 budgeted for cancellations).
Conduct Discovery Visits (30–45 minutes), Head-to-Toe Assessments (90 minutes), and ongoing Treatment Visits (~52 minutes), using any extra time for documentation or a breather as needed.
Apply the PF5 Method to treat patients autonomously while keeping them focused on returning to the activities they love long-term, not just resolving pain.
Work alongside a front-desk support team that manages scheduling, booking, and Discovery Visit|Head-to-Toe coordination.
Build genuine relationships with patients and teammates, contributing to a high-energy, high-accountability clinic culture.
What We're Looking For
Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
Orthopedic outpatient experience.
Strongly Preferred:
Prior experience in a concierge-style physical therapy practice.
Customer service or sales experience.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $80,000–$90,000 - this range is negotiable and will be tailored based on the individual clinician's experience and skill level.
Production bonus of $25 per treatment visit beyond the 32-visit|week threshold.
