No minimum experience required - new grads welcome. Note: extensive skilled nursing facility background (10+ years) is not a fit for this outpatient setting

About the Practice
We are an outpatient physical therapy clinic serving the Hi Desert community across two locations. Our team treats a broad range of patients - from sports injuries and post-surgical rehab to chronic pain, neurologic disorders, and geriatric care - with a hands-on, individualized approach to restoring mobility, function, and quality of life.
We also provide pediatric physical therapy alongside speech and occupational therapy services, making us a multi-disciplinary resource for families throughout the region.
We're a relationship-driven practice - many of our patients have been with us for years, and our team takes pride in being a steady, trusted presence in the community.
What You'll Do
Manage a caseload of approximately 14 patients per day across evaluations and treatment visits.
Conduct patient evaluations (1 hour) and ongoing treatment sessions within available shift hours, 7 days a week.
Treat a varied caseload spanning orthopedics, sports injury rehab, surgical rehab, joint replacements, geriatrics, chronic pain, neurologic disorders, and more.
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside speech and occupational therapy providers.
Build long-term relationships with patients and the local community.
What We're Looking For
Required:
Active PT license (or eligibility).
No minimum years of experience required - open to new graduates.
Not a Fit:
Candidates with primarily skilled nursing facility experience (10+ years in SNF settings) are not a match for this outpatient role.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay of $42–$55|hour, depending on experience and skill level.
Open to a phone conversation with any candidate seeking a rate above this range.
Open to part-time candidates.
