Full-Time | 5 Days per Week
Base Salary: $275,000-$300,000 + Productivity Bonus (Potential Total Compensation $450,000+)
An established and rapidly expanding specialty vascular practice is seeking a Vein Physician to join its growing clinical team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This full-time opportunity offers excellent earning potential, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to build a busy procedural practice with strong clinical support.
The practice welcomes physicians with an interest in venous disease. Prior vein procedure experience is preferred but not required, and training may be available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with venous disease
• Perform or learn superficial venous procedures, including:
o Varithena
o VenaSeal
o Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
• Develop and maintain a busy procedural practice
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and ultrasound technologists
• Deliver exceptional patient care in a team-oriented environment
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice
Qualifications
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physician
• Interest in vascular and venous disease treatment
• Prior vein procedure experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a commitment to outstanding patient care
