Job Title: Physician Assistant - Family Medicine PA

Our Facility is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in beautiful Bridger Valley, Wyoming (just minutes from Lyman, WY).
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Preventative health visits, annual wellness exams, and chronic disease management.
Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries.
Order, interpret, and communicate lab and diagnostic testing results.
Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice.
Patient and family education.
Participate in same-day access scheduling to support timely patient care.
Utilize telehealth technology when appropriate.
Collaborate with specialists and hospital providers.
Accurately document encounters within the EMR.
Participate in outreach activities and community health initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Open to both practicing PAs and new grads (FM or Rural Health experience preferred).
Certified PA.
Schedule:
Full-time position: Monday–Friday clinic schedule.
No evenings, weekends, or holidays unless otherwise assigned.
