Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA-approved)
Current, unrestricted Montana PT license
Current CPR certification
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients with a variety of injuries, illnesses, and functional limitations to help them reach their highest potential.
Conduct assessments, record findings, and develop individualized treatment programs with measurable goals.
Design and implement rehabilitation programs that align with physician plans and patient goals, adapting as needed for optimal results.
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to update and refine treatment plans.
Supervise and provide clear guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, reporting progress and updating care plans as needed.
