28 miles northwest of Denver    (Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Physical Therapist - A family-owned, PT-owned outpatient orthopedic clinic in Boulder, Colorado is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist to join its team. This is a true 1-on-1 patient care model — no PT aides — with 30-minute visits for both evaluations and follow-ups, and an average caseload of about 15 patients per day. The clinic treats a general orthopedic and sports medicine population and prides itself on a high-energy, collaborative, low-key culture with minimal corporate red tape. The owner works full-time treating patients alongside the team of about 5 PTs and 4 front desk staff.

This is a full-time position (30+ hours), though part-time candidates will also be considered, with a highly flexible schedule — Monday through Friday only, no weekends. Clinic hours run as early as 7 AM and as late as 6 PM, and therapists build their own schedule (four 10-hour days, five 8-hour days, etc.) as long as no one exceeds roughly 11 hours in a day. Start date is ASAP.

Compensation is salaried at $75,000–$95,000|year, with no productivity requirement — therapists are paid regardless of no-shows or late cancellations. Benefits include health insurance (50|50 employer-employee split), 401(k) with a 3% employer match after one year, separate paid sick and vacation time, and a continuing education|tuition benefit. Dental and vision are not offered, and no sign-on bonus or relocation assistance is provided, though the clinic is open to candidates relocating from out of state and enjoys highlighting Boulder's active, outdoor lifestyle as a draw.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience, ideally in outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine, though new grads with a strong related background (athletic training, massage therapy, etc.) will be considered. No specific certifications are required. The ideal candidate is self-driven and independent, collaborative, upbeat, and comfortable working with high autonomy in their treatment approach. Growth opportunities include a defined path into the Clinic Director|management role.

The interview process begins with a resume review and phone|Zoom screen with the Clinic Director, followed by an in-person clinic visit where the candidate meets with the owner, who typically makes the final call on offer and salary.

Community Attractions

Boulder is consistently ranked among the best places to live in the country, and it's easy to see why once you're here. Nestled right against the Flatirons and the base of the Rocky Mountains, Boulder offers immediate access to world-class hiking, trail running, rock climbing, and mountain biking — many trailheads are just minutes from downtown. The city is famously bike- and pedestrian-friendly, with an extensive greenway and trail system connecting neighborhoods to open space. Boulder also has a vibrant, walkable downtown (Pearl Street) packed with local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and boutique shopping. As home to the University of Colorado, the city has a youthful, active energy along with a strong food and craft beer scene. With over 300 days of sunshine a year, a laid-back but health-conscious culture, and quick access to skiing in the winter, Boulder is a natural fit for PTs who want an active, outdoor-centered lifestyle to match their profession.
