Full-Time or Part-Time | $300,000–$325,000 Base Salary + Production Bonuses
Looking for a physician role with strong compensation, manageable patient volumes, and better work-life balance?
We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD|DO) to join our growing long-term care practice in Williamsport, PA. You'll provide primary and chronic care to patients in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living communities with dedicated clinical and administrative support.

• Approximately 20 patient encounters per day
• No routine weekends
• Minimal call – approximately 1–2 overnight shifts per month
• In-house nocturnist team handles the majority of overnight needs

What You'll Do
Provide high-quality primary and chronic care, manage acute and chronic conditions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with APPs, nursing teams, specialists, and families.
Qualifications
• MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain
• DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Long-term care or geriatric experience is a plus, but not required
