Opportunity Highlights
• Full-time Assistant Nurse Manager position supporting a high-volume inpatient Main OR
• Provide day-to-day leadership for nursing staff within a 24|7 acute-care hospital environment
• Support staffing, resource allocation, patient flow, productivity, and operational performance
• Lead survey readiness, mock rounds, and Joint Commission compliance
• Participate in emergency preparedness planning and implementation
• Support clinical quality, patient safety, risk management, and process improvement initiatives
• Work within a large union hospital environment

Compensation & Benefits
• $222K–$229K base salary
• Eligible for annual raise and annual bonus

Qualifications
• California RN license and BLS required
• Minimum 5 years of Operating Room RN experience
• Must have Main OR|intraoperative acute-care experience; ambulatory OR experience alone is not sufficient
• Leadership experience such as Charge RN, Lead, Preceptor, Supervisor, or similar
• BSN and|or CNOR strongly preferred
• Experience with Joint Commission readiness, quality|risk management, staffing and resource allocation
• Experience with hospital operations, budget|utilization management, and healthcare labor relations preferred

Key Candidate Profile
The strongest background is an experienced Main OR RN from a large, unionized acute-care hospital who has already taken on meaningful frontline leadership responsibilities and is ready to move into formal OR management.
