Opportunity Highlights
• Full-time Monday–Friday position

• Provide psychotherapy to older adults in SNF, LTC, ALF, and rehabilitation settings

• Clinical autonomy with strong administrative and interdisciplinary support
Compensation & Benefits
• $70K–$95K+ estimated annual compensation
• Base salary plus uncapped productivity

Qualifications
• Active New York LMHC or LMFT license
• LCSW not considered
• Eligible for independent practice and billing
• Experience required
• Older adult or post-acute experience preferred
