Job Title: CVOR Registered Nurse (RN)

The ideal candidate will have strong Cardiac OR experience and the ability to provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Assignment Details
• Position: CVOR Registered Nurse (RN)
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Shift: 10-Hour Days
• Schedule: 4 × 10-hour shifts
• Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Call: Required
Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing cardiovascular and cardiac surgical procedures.
• Prepare the operating room and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
• Assist and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and other members of the CVOR team.
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection-control and patient-safety standards.
• Assess and monitor patients throughout the perioperative process.
• Accurately document patient care and relevant clinical information.
• Participate in the required on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
• Cardiac OR | CVOR experience required
• Active Georgia RN license or Compact RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular operating room procedures and surgical safety protocols
• Ability to participate in the required call schedule
