We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Administrative Assistant | Patient Scheduler to support daily clinic operations, patient scheduling, and customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Schedule: Flexible; some evenings|weekends may be required
Travel: Approximately 10% between clinic locations
Language: English|Spanish bilingual required
Responsibilities
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Answer incoming calls and provide general clinic information.
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate patient scheduling and call records.
• Document and escalate patient concerns or complaints.
• Assist with messages, call routing, mail, and general administrative duties.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service to patients.
Requirements
• Bilingual English|Spanish – Required
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between facilities.
• Medical Administrative Assistant diploma or high school diploma|GED preferred.
